You'll work in a team of 10 engineers where you'll see your designs through from start to finish. You'll collaborate with electrical engineers, assembly techs, and even get involved with customers. Engineers here are fully included in project meetings and can even earn commission on any sales they support!

The schedule is fully yours to manage. They genuinely value work-life balance here! Some engineers do four 10-hour days, where others start early and finish early, working Monday to Friday. As long as you're hitting your 40 hours, you've got full flexibility.
