Business Manager to Senior Director Global Sales Development (m/f/d)

Your seat to fill:

• You support the steering of global sales initiatives by tracking project timelines, maintaining action logs and ensuring stakeholders across various time zones adhere to deadlines
• You act as the "right hand" to the Senior Director, helping to prioritize daily tasks, prepare briefings, and execute strategic directives efficiently
• You aggregate and analyze complex sales data to identify trends, risks and opportunities for growth
• You design and maintain regular reports and dashboards that provide the leadership team with a clear, real-time view of commercial performance
• You conceptualize and build high-quality, convincing presentations and decision memos for C-Level executives and regional VPs
• You facilitate communication with regional sales organizations, gathering feedback on global programs and ensuring local requirements are understood at the HQ level
• You conduct research on industry trends, competitor movements and new sales technologies to support the continuous improvement of our Go-to-Market strategy
• You organize and structure critical business meetings (e.g. Sales Conferences, Open House Events), including agenda setting, minute-taking and rigorous follow-up on key decisions
• You take ownership of special projects and ad-hoc operational requests to ensure the Global Sales Development team runs smoothly and efficiently

Your stroll to CYBEX:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field; a vocational training with relevant experience is also accepted
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities including a talent for interpreting complex data and creating compelling presentations
• Outstanding organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in digital tools and workflows with a strong aptitude for driving process efficiencies
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to interface effectively with cross-functional teams globally
• Ability to work in dynamic and collaborative work environment that values innovation and efficiency
• Fluent in both German and English
