YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You own the adoption strategy and value roadmap for AI powered agentic solutions across SIXT operations, ensuring measurable business impact and scalable deployment success
• You identify, prioritize and sequence high impact use cases based on business value, technical feasibility and operational readiness
• You define scalable operating models for autonomous teams, establishing governance, success metrics, escalation paths and delivery structures
• You align executive stakeholders across divisions, creating a shared vision and driving strategic initiatives through clear milestones and transparent communication
• You remove organizational and technical blockers to accelerate time to value while building business cases, quantifying ROI and tracking realized value across deployment initiatives
• You design and drive change management initiatives while establishing cross functional rituals that ensure sustainable adoption, transparency and momentum beyond the pilot phase

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Experience You bring several years of experience in client facing roles such as program management, management consulting or technology strategy within complex enterprise environments
• Track Record You have proven success building and scaling AI, automation and digital product initiatives with measurable business impact
• Business Acumen You are comfortable building business cases, quantifying value and thinking with a P&L mindset
• Stakeholder Management You confidently collaborate with senior leaders and navigate complex matrix organizations
• Know how You understand AI and ML fundamentals, agentic architectures and enterprise governance principles
• Communication You translate complex technical topics into clear and compelling narratives for both technical and non technical audiences and communicate fluently in English, while German is considered a strong plus
