WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

We will soon be establishing a separate company within our Agricultural Solutions division. In the meantime, you will be employed on a fixed-term basis by BASF Jobmarkt GmbH, with a binding commitment to fixed-term employment in the new company.

In our unit Global Online Communications Agricultural Solutions, we are responsible for content and channel management across social media and websites, as well as for the use of Generated Artificial Intelligence in communications. As part of your role as Global Website Manager IPO, you will manage our global website tailored to a publicly listed company.

• In your new role, you develop and implement a global website strategy including structure, branding and content tailored to a publicly listed company and coordinate implementation across the internal website ecosystem in close collaboration with relevant expert teams.
• You take ownership of all capital market related website communications and ensure consistent, compliant and high-quality content across the global website landscape in close collaboration with relevant internal stakeholders.
• Additionally, you manage and optimize the global website including updating existing content and creating new websites as part of the IPO readiness project using modern content management systems such as Magnolia.
• Furthermore, you support SEO, keyword and SEA initiatives to strengthen visibility of key business topics and contribute to the overall corporate reputation.
• You drive Generative AI Optimization initiatives to improve visibility and perception in Large Language Models and Google AI environments in alignment with the requirements of a publicly listed company.
• Last but not least, you monitor and report global website KPIs and derive actionable insights to continuously improve website communication activities.

WHAT YOU OFFER

• university degree in marketing, communications, digital media or comparable field
• several years of professional experience in digital or online communications
• proven experience in managing corporate websites or global web platforms
• strong expertise in online communication, content strategy and CMS environments
• very good understanding of SEO and digital visibility strategies
• advanced English and good German language skills
