Hauptaufgaben
* Primary Leadership Advisor: Serves as the technical authority and main advisor to the Command Group on all NATO QA standards.
* System Management: Directs all aspects of the NSO Quality Management System, including policies, procedures, and the QA Plan.
* Institutional Accreditation: Leads the six-year institutional (re)accreditation process, orchestrating self-assessments, site visits, and the annual QA Forum.
* Feedback & Reporting: Cooperates with the SET department to run the NSO Survey System and creates the Annual QA Report for SACT HQ.
* Academic Coaching: Provides curriculum recommendations and individual coaching to academic departments and course directors to refine instructional techniques.
* Audit Management: Acts as the main point of contact for external audits, resolving controversial opinions and tracking post-audit corrective actions.
* Educational Support: Serves as Course Director or Subject Matter Expert for residential QA courses executed three times per year.
* Mobile & Staff Training: Conducts Mobile Education Training Team iterations and supports local staff development programs as time permits.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifikationsanforderungen
* Office automation skills.
* Must have knowledge and experience with ISO 9001, the internationally recognized standard for quality management systems {QMS), defining requirements for organizations to improve efficiency, customer satisfaction, and product quality.
* Position may be filled at the C1-6A, C1-07 or at the full performance level, C1-7A. Incumbent may be non-competitively promoted to the next higher or full performance level in accordance with regulatory requirements, upon completion of required training, and recommendation of supervisor.
C1-1910-6A
* E&T Level I: 2 years of creditable experience as defined in A below PLUS 4 years of experience as defined in B below. Current employees who do not meet E&T Level I and who are not in the same or similar occupation must have 2 additional years of creditable experience as described in A below.
* E&T Level II: 1 years of creditable experience as defined in A below PLUS 4 years of experience as defined in B below.
* E&T Level III: 3 years of creditable experience as defined in B below.
* E&T Level IV: 2 years of creditable experience as defined in B below.
* E&T Level V: 1 year of creditable experience as defined in B below.
Current employees who have served one year in the same or similar occupation are qualified for the next higher grade.
C1-1910-07:
* E&T Level I: 2 years of creditable experience as defined in A below PLUS 5 years of experience as defined in B below. Current employees who do not meet E&T Level I and who are not in the same or similar occupation must have 2 additional years of creditable experience as described in A below.
* E&T Level II: 1 year of creditable experience as defined in A below PLUS 5 years of experience as defined in B below.

Experience A: Included clerical work in an office or store, working with computers, bookkeeping, making and recording inventories, telephone marketing, arranging for events or as a cashier, etc.
Experience B: Experience in the same or similar line of work as the job for which considered. The experience must demonstrate that the applicant possesses the particular knowledge, skills and abilities required in the position. The predominant experience must have been gained at a comparable level of difficulty to the position to be filled. The amount of the higher level experience must be in a reasonable relation to the required total number of years.
Experience C: Professional work at a high level of responsibility in a difficult and closely related professional field that is in the same line of work to the position to be filled. The experience must demonstrate thorough knowledge, sound judgment, personal initiative, and the ability to make sound decisions.
LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY LEVEL:
•English level C1 required according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.

* Frequent temporary duty travel (TDY) required.
* Regular & Recurring or situational teleworking possible.
* Work on Evenings, Weekends, Holidays required.
* Must be a citizen of a NATO member state and must be able to establish residency with permission to work in Germany before or within the probationary period. As proof a current German residence permit must be presented. The failure to present a working permit will lead to the termination of employment during the probationary period or any time thereafter, when there is doubt that a working permit may be granted by the German authorities.
* Must be able to obtain & maintain a NATO SECRET clearance.
