Job Description
- You will coordinate chemistry projects / studies for risk assessment of chemicals (e.g., REACH substances) and plant protection products in close cooperation with the analytical chemistry and biology teams.
- You will develop and validate new extraction and residue analytical methods, amongst others with complex substances (e.g., water-insoluble, unstable, volatile), where each new study offers a pleasant variability and challenges.
- As a Study Director or Principal Chemist, you will carry out the chemical-analytical part of aquatic ecotoxicological studies.
- You will work under the Principles of Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) to ensure complete documentation of all processes, so that everyone has an overview of your studies.
- At the end of a project, you will write and issue study reports in English, for submission and regulatory approval of chemicals and plant protection products.
- You will be in constant contact with internal and external customers to establish and maintain numerous close relationships.
