Introduction to the job

At our Berlin site, our employees manufacture key components for ASML lithography systems. As part of our precision manufacturing team, you support the production of optical components, assemblies, and systems made of glass, glass-ceramics, and ceramics for our high-tech small-batch, single-part, and prototype production. We are continuing to expand our team and we are currently hiring for four positions within our team.

Role and responsibilities

As a Logistic Operator, you will:

• perform internal material transport and independently supply production areas with required materials.
• ensure a continuous material flow to support production processes.
• coordinate transport requirements with various production teams through different communication channels.
• transport materials and heavy loads using forklifts, electric pallet trucks, and other transport equipment.
• monitor and document material movements and inventory data using digital tools.
• organize, label, and sort incoming goods and provide transport packaging and materials.
• follow workplace and product safety requirements while handling and transporting materials.

Education and experience

• Completed vocational training in logistics, warehousing, or a comparable qualification
• Experience in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or material handling environments
• Valid forklift license and practical experience operating industrial trucks and lifting equipment
• Experience working with computer applications; knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP
• Willingness to work in a three-shift operation

Deine Aufgaben

Als Logistikmitarbeiter:in wirst du:

• den innerbetrieblichen Materialtransport durchführen und Fertigungsbereiche eigenständig mit Materialien versorgen.
• einen kontinuierlichen Materialfluss zur Unterstützung der Produktionsprozesse sicherstellen.
• transportanforderungen mit verschiedenen Fertigungsbereichen über unterschiedliche Kommunikationswege koordinieren.
• materialien und schwere Lasten mit Gabelstaplern, elektrischen Hubwagen und weiteren Transportmitteln bewegen.
• materialbewegungen und Bestandsdaten mithilfe digitaler Systeme erfassen und dokumentieren.
• wareneingänge organisieren, kennzeichnen und sortieren sowie Transportverpackungen und Transportmittel bereitstellen.
• arbeits- und Produktsicherheitsvorgaben bei allen Transport- und Materialbewegungen einhalten.

Deine Qualifikation

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bereich Logistik, Lagerwirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Berufserfahrung in Lager-, Logistik-, Produktions- oder Materialflussumgebungen
• Gültiger Gabelstaplerschein sowie praktische Erfahrung im Umgang mit Flurförderzeugen
• Erfahrung im Umgang mit Computeranwendungen; Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office und SAP
• Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 3-Schicht-System
