Stellenbeschreibung

For our European Headquarters in Offenbach (Frankfurt am Main area) we are looking for a professional as :

IT Technical Architect (f / m / d) - Connected Car IT

As an IT Technical Architect, you will be part of the Automotive Connected Car Technology Operation Team. Your main responsibility will involve supporting and leading Hyundai / KIA / Genesis connectivity platforms, focusing on in-house systems, infotainment, and IoT, primarily in the back-end area.

Key Responsibilities :

Providing technical support in the context of architecture / development and topics
Understanding customer needs and the technical architecture of connected car systems and services
Providing technical leadership within the team and supporting other departments, playing a key role in designing the technical architecture of the systems
Supporting enhancements and projects for connected car platforms
Engaging in car connectivity projects and supporting the technical parts

Requirements :

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field

3 years of relevant experience as an IT Architect position

Hands-on experience in software development (Java, JavaScript, C / C++, Python, HTTP)

Experience in backend platform / API (XML, SOAP, REST, UML, etc.)

Experience in databases (SQL - PostgreSQL, Mongo DB)

Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills

Very good English skills - spoken and written

Travelling to other EU countries may be required

Nice to have :

Knowledge of multi-tier and cloud-based services (Microsoft Azure, AWS)

Experience in projects regarding connected vehicle feature implementation

Experience in developing microservices (RESTful) based on open-source products (Kubernetes, Docker, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Tomcat, Hibernate, JUnit, Log4J, JMeter)

Knowledge / experience in common software development tools and building CI / CD pipelines

Knowledge of IoT related connectivity protocols (HTTPS, TCP / IP, REST, MQTT, AMQP, WebSocket, Bluetooth, Wifi, etc.)
