Stellenbeschreibung
Ready for a challenge?

Then Just Eat Takeaway.com might be the place for you. We’re a leading global online delivery platform, and our vision is to empower everyday convenience. Whether it’s a Friday-night feast, a post-gym poke bowl, or grabbing some groceries, our tech platform connects tens of millions of customers with hundreds of thousands of restaurant, grocery and convenience partners across the globe.

About this role We are looking for a Senior Group Product Manager to lead our Logistics Services domain — a critical and growing pillar of JET's logistics platform that underpins how our network connects, operates, and scales.

Logistics Services sits at the intersection of our foundational capabilities and our next frontier of growth. This role spans three sub-domains: DaaS (Delivery as a Service), our white-labelled delivery platform enabling external partners to leverage JET's logistics network; Integrations, which govern the rules and flows that move orders from upstream systems into logistics and back out downstream; and Tooling, which equips internal and external operators with the capabilities they need to run, configure, and intelligently respond to network events — including the emerging frontier of agentic tooling.

The challenge of this role is dual: keeping the foundational flows and capabilities robust and reliable at global scale, while identifying and unlocking the growth levers that will define what Logistics Services becomes next.

Location: Hybrid – 3 days a week from London, Berlin or Amsterdam office & 2 days working from home

These are some of the key components to the position:

Own the product strategy and roadmap across the three Logistics Services sub-domains — DaaS, Integrations, and Tooling — ensuring each area contributes to both operational excellence and strategic growth. Lead the DaaS product area: evolving JET's white-labelled delivery service into a scalable, commercially compelling platform that enables external partners to plug into our logistics network with confidence. Own the Integrations domain: defining the rules, standards, and architecture that govern how orders enter and exit our logistics systems — both upstream from ordering platforms and downstream into delivery and partner systems. Reliability, correctness, and scalability are non-negotiable here. Drive the Tooling roadmap: building best-in-class operator tools for courier agents, external fleet companies, and logistics configurations. This domain also pioneers the next generation of agentic capabilities that allow our network to intelligently respond to real-time events with minimal manual intervention. Work closely with engineering, data science, operations, and commercial teams to align on priorities and deliver measurable outcomes. Manage and develop a team of PMs, setting clear direction, building product craft, and maintaining high standards across the domain. Develop a clear point of view on where the agentic tooling frontier takes operator capabilities and bring stakeholders on that journey with structured thinking and compelling narratives. Act as the domain expert for Logistics Services across the wider organisation, representing the area in cross-functional forums and influencing platform decisions that touch integration standards, tooling infrastructure, and external partnerships.

What will you bring to the team?

Significant product management experience, including experience leading multiple product teams or a complex multi-domain area. Proven ability to own platform or infrastructure-adjacent products — understanding the balance between reliability, developer experience, and product innovation. Experience with B2B product models, e-com models, or integration platforms is a strong advantage. Strong analytical and systems thinking. Excellent stakeholder management and communication - able to operate confidently across engineering, commercial, and operations stakeholders at a senior level. Track record of shipping products that balance foundational reliability with new growth capability.
