POSITION

An exciting opportunity awaits a dedicated Work Place Manager who takes pride in creating a welcoming environment for both guests and colleagues. This role is crucial in shaping a positive first impression and delivering exceptional service. Reporting to the People Operations Team, you will be hands-on, working closely with different teams and overseeing the reception area, creating a memorable experience for everyone who enters our premises.

CHALLENGE

• First Point of Contact : Serve as the primary contact for guests, customers and colleagues, ensuring a welcoming and positive experience both in person and via communication channels like mail and phone.
• Operational Management : Oversee staffing of the reception desk, coordinate with the facility management team, and serve as the liaison for our subtenants and service providers.
• Facility Coordination : Manage in-house conference rooms, postal services, and parking spaces, ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Process Improvement : Develop and implement new processes and standards in office management to enhance efficiency and service quality.
• Collaborative Support : Work closely with the CEO’s assistant, providing support in travel planning and handling confidential document logistics.
