Sales Assistant at Herbliz
Einleitung Herbliz, a leading company in the cosmetics and dietary supplements industry with a focus on CBD products, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented B2B Sales Assistant to support our sales team.
As a B2B Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations, maintaining client relationships, and contributing to overall sales success.
Aufgaben Sales Support : Assist B2B sales representatives in managing client accounts, including order processing, invoicing, and follow-up.
Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and contracts for potential clients. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
Client Communication : Respond promptly to client inquiries via email, phone, or other communication channels. Provide product information, pricing details, and assist with any client requests.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. Administrative Tasks : Organize and maintain sales databases, including updating client information and tracking sales activities.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and follow-up calls. Handle administrative tasks related to sales, such as filing, data entry, and report generation.
Market Research : Assist in researching potential B2B clients, identifying leads, and gathering market intelligence. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Qualifikation Qualifications : Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Experience : Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles. Skills : Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Detail-oriented and well-organized. Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
