What awaits you?

• Data Pipeline Development : You develop and operate data processing pipelines and analytics applications using state-of-the-art tools.
• End-to-End Project Ownership : You take ownership of end-to-end data analytics projects starting from our data warehouse to the final data visualization.
• Data Analytics and Problem Solving : You will embrace data analytics tools and methods confidently and responsibly to solve business challenges.
• International and Diverse Team : You will be part of an international and diverse team of young professionals within BMW.
• Supply Chain Domain Knowledge : You will work on various projects within the supply chain context, driving digital solutions that increase the efficiency of our delivery network.

What should you bring along?

Education : Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Data Engineering or a Business Degree with a focus on IT-related fields.

Master's degree preferred.

• Technical Skills : Strong knowledge in data engineering and modelling, building automated ETL pipelines, Entity-Relationship models, and visualizing data to enable data-driven decision-making.
• Preferably, familiarity with data engineering tools and libraries (e.g., Pandas, Kafka, Rest APIs).
• Proficient in Python, SQL, PySpark and visualisation tools like Tableau, PowerBI or QuickSight.
• Experince : Prior experience and desire to work in a collaborative, international and agile team. Preferably, relevant experience in digitalization or analytics through internships or part-time jobs.
• Communication Skills : You are fluent in English, enabling effective communication and collaboration within an international team.
• Curious Mind : You have a sharp intellect, creative mind and are curious about supply chain digitalization at a leading OEM.
