(Senior) Technical Product Manager

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap in alignment with company goals and objectives with the product and engineering teams.
• Gather and analyze requirements, market trends, regulation, and end-customer needs to shape product decisions.
• Translate requirements into product features and specifications, ensuring clarity and alignment with engineering teams.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to prioritize features, define technical requirements while ensuring competitive differentiation and innovation of your product.
• Understand and analyze product performance metrics to guide continuous improvement, drive innovation and maintain competitive advantage in the market.
• Collaborate with our partners, Enpal and Entrix, to ensure seamless vertical integration of our product, achieving exceptional VPP performance
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate product development efforts. Communicate product vision, priorities, and progress to stakeholders.
• Being ahead of energy market and regulatory developments to ensure our Virtual Power Plant leverages all available revenue streams and acts according to most current market regulations

Your Profile

• 3+ years experience of hands-on product management experience in Tech industry working on complex software products.
• You have a strong technical background and enjoy working at the intersection of tech, product and business development.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and launching complex technology products.
• You enjoy solving problems and sparring ideas in a cross-functional team with software engineers, data scientists, product managers, and more
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in German is a plus

Skills to Set You Apart

• You have built and managed a truly innovative product.
• You have experience in the energy industry, specifically with energy trading, Virtual Power Plants and / or HEMS

This role is not a match for you if :

• You haven’t worked in a fast-paced or startup environment
• You prefer a limited scope of work and aren’t ready to dive into various topics relevant to our VPP
