As a Social Media Marketing Manager at MOIA, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to drive brand awareness, engage our target audience, and support our marketing and business objectives.
You will do this as part of the marketing team, which is primarily responsible for all always-on as well as campaign communications for MOIA.
You will play a key role in managing our social media presence across various platforms, creating compelling content, and implementing effective campaigns.
This role requires a deep understanding of social media platforms, excellent creative and analytical skills, and the intrinsic motivation to stay updated with emerging social media trends and best practices.
What you will do
Develop Social Media Strategy : Create and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the overall marketing objectives and target audience.
Make sure that we always work in compliance with data protection laws.
Manage Social Media Channels : Oversee and maintain MOIA's presence on various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, TikTok, Instagram) to ensure consistent branding, messaging, and engagement.
Plan and execute social media campaigns that drive brand awareness, user engagement, and support marketing initiatives.
- Create Compelling Content : Develop engaging and shareable content for social media channels, including text, images, videos, and infographics in close cooperation with our in-house brand design department as well as external agency partners.
- Community Management : Monitor and actively engage with the online community, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Social Listening and Insights : Stay updated with industry trends, monitor social media conversations, and analyze social media metrics to identify opportunities, track performance, and generate actionable insights.
- Social Media Advertising : Develop and manage paid social media advertising campaigns to optimize reach, engagement, and conversion.
Close Collaboration With :
- Brand Marketing : Collaborate closely with the brand marketing team to align social media efforts with brand messaging, guidelines, and campaigns.
- PR : Work in coordination with the PR team to amplify PR initiatives, manage crisis communications, and ensure consistent messaging across social media platforms.
- HR : Collaborate with the HR team to showcase MOIA's culture, employer branding, and recruitment efforts through social media channels.
- Agencies : Coordinate and collaborate with external agencies to develop and execute social media campaigns, creative assets, and influencer collaborations.
What will help you to fulfill your role
- Self-motivated , proactive, and able to work independently. Proven experience in social media marketing, preferably in a gaining, technology-driven industry.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and best practices. Up to date with the latest social media trends and industry changes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills : deep understanding of social media metrics and analytics to drive data-driven decision-making .
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English , with a knack for storytelling and creating engaging content .
- Creative mindset and experience in planning and executing successful, innovative, social media campaigns.
- Strong project management and multitasking skills with the ability to meet deadlines. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders effectively.
