Our team consists of 9 HR managers who together look after all employees in the Marketing & Sales department in Stuttgart.
This means a wide variety of topics : from advertising vacancies, selecting the best candidates, salary negotiations and recruitment to advising employees on a wide range of topics.
This means that we are part of the entire employee life cycle and come across a wide variety of exciting cases.
Generally speaking, we want you to enjoy your internship. This also means that you can help shape your focus.
Among other things, you will be given the following content :
- Getting to know the personnel processes at Mercedes-Benz and participating in them : from remuneration topics to the recruitment of new employees and personnel development
- Contributing and implementing your ideas for optimizing existing and new processes
- Preparation of various documents, presentations, evaluations and statistics
- Contributing to various HR projects, especially with regard to sourcing and retention

Qualifikationen
- You are studying for a Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics, psychology, education, sociology, law or a comparable course of study
- You have very good written and spoken German and English skills
- You are confident in using Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- You are curious, committed and a team player
- You are interested in HR work and ideally have already gained some experience
