What do you contribute?
In your new role, you will lead the development and execution of the enterprise architecture strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and long-term IT strategy.
You will also act as lead Enterprise Architect (f / m / d) in strategic business / IT transformation programs (e.g. SAP S4 / HANA transformation program).
- In doing so, you will manage a global team of architects and IT asset managers, empowering collaboration, driving performance and ensuring the team operates in alignment with key objectives.
- You will drive the optimization of the application portfolio, reducing complexity, eliminating redundancies, and enhancing scalability and performance.
- Also, you will oversee the IT asset management function, ensuring effective lifecycle management of software, hardware, and cloud assets.
- Furthermore, you will establish and maintain a robust governance framework to ensure IT assets and architecture are effectively managed, monitored and aligned with compliance requirements.
- You will steer the strategic use of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g. TOGAF) to guide business-IT alignment and decision-making processes.
- In addition, you will lead transformation initiatives that strengthen IT-business collaboration, enabling IT to act as a proactive partner in business growth and innovation.
- You will also drive continuous improvement in both the enterprise architecture and IT asset management functions, ensuring they evolve with the company’s needs and technology trends.
What do you bring along?
- You do bring in extensive long-term experience in enterprise architecture and IT asset management, ideally in large-scale transformation programs and global organizations.
- In addition, you do have leadership skills with experience in managing global teams.
- You bring in in-depth knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g. TOGAF) and asset lifecycle management best practices.
- Experience in LeanIX for Enterprise Architecture Management is a must.
- Next to this, you do have a proven track record of optimizing application portfolios and managing IT assets to reduce costs, improve operational efficiency and enhance business value.
- Also, a strong understanding of cloud technologies and their impact on enterprise architecture and IT asset management is a must for this role.
Experience with SAP S4 / HANA transformation programs is a plus.
- You bring in effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in business terms.
- Fluent English language skills round off your profile. German is a plus.
