We're seeking a dynamic Senior Partner Success Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving our growth and forging new partnerships within the e-commerce domain.

Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in building and managing business partner relationships, including C-level connections
Strong understanding of the European e-commerce markets (including marketplaces)
Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills (including process analysis, advanced Excel skills)
Experience in managing complex projects that involve collaboration with diverse stakeholders
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Exceptional organizational and independent work skills
Fluent English proficiency (C2 level+)
Proactive approach and high level of intrinsic motivation
Tasks
Ongoing communication and support for existing BaseLinker partners (key e-commerce players in Europe)
Analyzing and expanding existing BaseLinker partnerships (including integration development and marketing initiatives)
Collaborating with other BaseLinker departments to enhance product offerings for customers in partnership with external entities
Continuously analyzing the market to identify potential BaseLinker partners
Negotiating partnership agreements and terms
Participating in industry trade shows and conferences
