QEHS Launch Trainer (m/f/d)
As a QEHS Launch Trainer , you will be responsible for training and supporting new employees during their onboarding phase.
You will ensure that all quality, environmental, health, and safety standards (QEHS) required by DP World are effectively conveyed.
Working closely with various departments and the HR department, you will ensure smooth collaboration and effective training.
Additionally, you will ensure that all training activities are completed on time.
Your responsibilities
- Implementing company standards for MHE effectively
- Participating in QHSE training according to company standards
- Conducting onboarding training for new employees on QHSE standards
- Assisting the senior manager with QHSE training during the launch phase
- Ensuring smooth collaboration with all company departments
- Supporting the training and development of leaders
- Advising and supporting management on training matters
- Collaborating with the HR department
- Handling training documentation
- Participating in employee and new hire training to ensure QHSE standards
- Supporting all ongoing business activities as needed
Your profile
- Demonstrated knowledge of EHS and quality standards in the automotive industry
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001
- Train-the-Trainer qualification
- Ideally, 5 years of experience in automotive or logistics environments with training activities
- Knowledge of basic quality standards, HSE standards, 5S, etc.
- Flexibility to travel (up to 80% of the time in Germany, Europe, possibly worldwide for on-site audits)
- Fluent in both German and English (both languages at least C1 level); additional languages such as Dutch and French are advantageous
- Experience in training and development
- Basic knowledge in quality, health, and safety (additional training possible)

- You will receive ongoing education, training, and development in QEHS
- Onboarding in Germany nearest DP World location as the main site where you will receive all necessary equipment such as PC and mobile phone.
QEHS training (remote). Shadowing with one of the trainers (for 3 weeks) at a current project site.
