Business Development Manager
In this role you will :
- Identify and build relationships with key decision-makers within the senior management and executive teams of prospective accounts, along with internal stakeholders and cross- functional teams to create and present compelling Apifonica solutions that meet and exceed customer requirements,
- Establish strategic plans and objectives to drive desired business growth,
- Develop and execute regional sales plans and forecasts, addressing new customers acquisition and existing customers growth.
- Drive sales cycles, including prospecting activity, opportunity qualification, developing and piloting, negotiating and closing sales, driving upsells and cross-sells
- Deliver appropriate presentations on products / services, conducting meetings with clients and strategic partners,
- Keep CRM actual and updated, provide accurate forecast for managing projects
- Collaborate with internal product teams and provide feedback from the field to help shape future development.
We’re looking for a person who has :
- 4+ years of business-to-business selling experience in industries such as banking, insurance, large telecommunications, and major B2C companies with a focus on call center automation and customer service sales, both internal and external,
- Experience in prospecting, qualifying, cold-calling companies, as well as building high level business relationships from scratch to closing deals,
- Ability to listen to customer needs and provide value propositions,
- Strong organizational and project-management skills,
- High self-motivation, proactive and ambitious approach in achieving goals,
- Strategic and creative approach to achieve professional efficiency in conditions of uncertainty and startup environment with frequent changes
- Hunger for learning and active search for opportunities to contribute.
- Native German and advanced English languages
