Responsibilities :
- Lead strategic account planning and sales activities to drive revenue growth and market expansion within automotive OEMs and Tier One businesses.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and engineering teams, to understand their needs and deliver value-added solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging their software solutions to address customer challenges and drive competitive advantage.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure successful implementation, adoption, and ongoing support of their solutions.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, track pipeline activity, and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
Requirements :
- Proven experience in global account management or sales leadership roles within the automotive industry.
- Deep understanding of automotive OEMs and Tier One suppliers, with knowledge of their organizational structure and decision-making processes.
- Previous success selling software solutions or technology products / services into automotive OEMs and Tier One businesses.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel globally as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
