Then come and join our global team as a Senior Employee and Leadership Communication Specialist (f / m / d) to create compelling content for our employees, leaders, and talents in our agile newsroom, the Content Lab, and to develop and manage key internal communication channels.
Choose the best place for your work Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.
Your tasks and responsibilities :
- You will write and edit compelling stories and create engaging multimedia content for employees, leaders and talents to present Siemens Healthineers as an innovation leader and employer of choice
- You will plan and implement compelling multi-channel campaigns that vividly illustrate the company's unique purpose and values
- As a senior strategist, you will oversee communication with employees, leaders, and talents within a cross-functional, agile team, ensuring alignment with the visions and goals of Siemens Healthineers
- You will independently create and edit high-quality content for the intranet, newsletters, internal and external social media platforms, digital signage solutions, corporate website, podcasts and more
- You will coordinate extensive collaboration within the Content Lab and with various stakeholders across the company
- You will drive the development and management of internal channels and platforms such as SharePoint, Viva Engage or newsletter tools to ensure effective and inspiring communication
- You will be a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, supporting their business objectives with the most effective and efficient communication measures
- You will support crisis communication efforts, to ensure timely and effective communication during critical situations
- You will analyze the effectiveness of our communication to continuously adapt and improve our strategies
Your qualifications and experience :
- You possess a successfully completed degree in corporate communication, journalism or a comparable field
- You have more than seven years of professional experience in corporate communications or a related field. Ideally, you have already gained experience in a matrix organization
- You have strong experience in employee and leadership communications, ensuring clear and effective messaging across all levels of the organization
- You have demonstrated success in communicating a company's strategy, purpose and values, ideally within the healthcare or technology sectors, to a wide range of audiences
- You possess excellent digital communications competencies, including editorial content creation, multimedia storytelling (incl.
video creation) and social media management
- You are experienced in navigating complex, global organizations and collaborating across different levels of management and functional areas
- You have a strong ability to influence without authority
- You have strong project management capabilities and are an expert in applying agile methods
- You are skilled in using Microsoft Office, content management systems and digital marketing platforms

- Your fluent German and English skills allow you to communicate effortlessly within your team and in an international environment
- You are able to manage numerous projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, working well under pressure and handling tight deadlines
- You feel comfortable working within a team, across teams, and collaborating and communicating closely with colleagues globally
- You are a creative mind, continuously learning and highly motivated to deliver high-quality results
- You have strong project management and organizational skills, work outcome-oriented and possess excellent oral and written communication skills
- You are a strategic thinker and take the initiative to translate complex topics into inspiring and relevant content
