Senior Cloud Engineer - AWS
My client is a household name within the energy trading space and is on a mission to grow. Since they were established over 25 years ago, they have strengthened their position in the industry and are now the largest of their kind in Germany.
We are searching for a Cloud Engineer to facilitate the cloud migration and create cloud-native solutions. This role is critical for them as it would be the catalyst for further growth in their cloud team over the next few months.
You come with strong experience as a Cloud Engineer and specific expertise with AWS (PaaS, SaaS, etc). Since you will work cross-functionally, communication is crucial and stakeholder management skills are required.

Your Responsibilities :
- Design and deploy IT systems based on AWS
- Oversee the migration of on-premise apps to the cloud
- Collaborate with the cloud team to ensure implementation is up to the requirements
- Closely work with internal stakeholders from other teams to understand and develop the right plan of action
Your Skills :
- Strong experience as a Cloud Engineer
- You are an expert in AWS, design, and implementation, and creating solutions
- Familiar with Linux and network / security technologies
- You're able to communicate to a technical and wider non-technical audience
- Fluent German communication skills
