IT Support Specialist (m/w/d)
Description
You will be the local liaison with the IT teams internationally spread over the world and our outsource partners.
You are an IT generalist and your passion is taking end responsibility that the infrastructure runs stable serving the local business community.
You will give hands on support for all IT services that cannot be done remotely.
You will help end users following the company IT support processes.
You report to the IT Manager Europe and are responsible for all IT systems at the LIS Jena site
Minimum Qualifications
Vocational training with an IT focus or corresponding further trainings
Sound knowledge of the application, hardware, network, telephony and ICT service operation
Knowledge of WIN10 OS, SCCM SW installation, MDT, O365
Ideally knowledge of VM Ware ESXi
General knowledge of electrics, UPS, air conditioning, cable laying
Service and solution-oriented way of working
Fluency in German and English
