We are looking for a skilled and detailed-oriented Working Student (m / f / d) to support our R&D Formulation Development Team in the creation of a buffer library to be used for formulation screening of liquid and lyophilized therapeutic proteins.
The successful applicant will also support the buffer preparation for the entire R&D department and act as a technical support in the execution of formulation experiments and studies.
This temporary position is available at the next possible date at our site in Heidelberg.
Working Student (m / f / d) Formulation Associate Support
What will you be doing as Working Student?
- Prepare buffers, reagents, and solutions according to established protocols
- Maintain accurate records of buffer preparation, including batch numbers and concentrations in an electronic database
- Perform buffer analyses (pH and osmolality measurements)
- Adhere to safety and company policies
- Calibrate laboratory equipment and maintain a clean and organized work area
Who are you?
- Non-completed B. Sc or M. Sc degree in biochemistry, biology, biophysics, pharmaceutics or equivalent
- Familiar with the operation of laboratory equipment such as pH meters, scales and pipettes
- Proactive, strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
