We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Marketing Manager to drive and execute our customer engagement strategies in Germany.

In this position you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our competitiveness by implementing and evaluating activities that adapt to the ever-evolving digital landscape.

Role and responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive, omni-channel strategies to enhance Mundipharma's competitiveness in Germany, aligned with company objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Work with cross-functional teams to shape and implement omnichannel and digital strategies, enhancing customer experience and ensuring continuous improvement.
• Build strong relationships with key external stakeholders, including KOLs and medical societies, to drive advocacy initiatives and communicate brand messages effectively.
• Lead customer engagement initiatives for the upcoming anti-infective launch, ensuring alignment with global strategies and collaborating closely with the Business Leadership Team.
• Lead the Customer Engagement Strategy Team, overseeing resource planning, role distribution, performance evaluation, and capability development to ensure operational excellence.

What you'll bring

• Fluent in German and English
• Robust knowledge of the German Healthcare System
• Strong understanding of omnichannel marketing, digital marketing, and customer engagement.
• In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations, compliance, and industry best practices.
• Excellent leadership (such as great motivator and people developer) and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to drive organizational change and implement new initiatives.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects across functional areas. Ability to plan, set clear objectives, organise, prioritise and meet deadlines in changing and challenging environments.
• High degree of professionalism and in accordance with the company's code of Ethics and Business Conduct.
