Human Resources Specialist

We are looking for a great HR Specialist for Germany to join our team.

Job Location : Duesseldorf, Germany

Responsibilities :

• Acts as the first point of contact for all HR related matters
• Supports the delivery of HR processes at the business partner’s side
• Consults with line managers / the leadership team and provide continuous HR guidance and support
• Drives HR processes & procedures (e.g. : probation management, GDPR, career planning, etc.)
• Drives HR projects (e.g. : atmosphere enhancement, team buildings, etc.)
• Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies.
• Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions, etc.)
• Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
• Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
• Assists international employees with expatriate assignments and related HR matters.
• Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

• A Bachelor’s Degree or above in the fields of HR, Psychology or similar or alternatively relevant work experience
• At least 2 years experience working in a challenging HR environment handling multiple tasks and projects
• Excellent people skills; ability to form strong relationships throughout the company
• Professional knowledge and skills in the field of human resources, especially talent management
• Understand the business, translate it into HR solutions and implement them
• Patience, empathy, passion for helping people, open-minded, strong learning ability, willing to think, and courageous to continue to explore, positive and strong communication skills
• Excellent communication skills in English; German and Chinese languages will be a plus
• Experience working in a multi-cultural, fast-paced environment is seen as an advantage
