Responsibilities :
- Develop and deploy predictive models for dynamic recommender systems and content generation based on customer data.
- Implement analytical algorithms for data-driven discoveries, such as semantic clustering and attribution algorithms, providing actionable insights into user personas and customer needs.
- Contribute to building a fully AI-enabled Sales Tech environment with continuous training and deployment pipelines.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in the Data Science field.
Profile :
- 5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist or Machine Learning Engineer, with a focus on recommender systems and time-series modeling.
- Proficiency in Python and the data science ecosystem.
- Experience with attention-based models on graphs or sequential data.
- Hands-on experience in deploying models to production on cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. Experience with Kafka is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of database technologies, both relational (SQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB), with the ability to design and interact with complex data models.
- Proactive, results-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills to convey complex topics to business stakeholders.
