Regional Sales Manager - Pharmaceutical
Mantell Associates is currently partnered with a global Pharmaceutical organisation in their search for a Regional Manager in Munich, to grow current customer accounts and continue the growth of the company brand.
Regional Sales Manager - Responsibilities :
- Increase sales within the designated region - Munich
- Report into the Head of Sales
- Manage people and oversee Sales and Sales Operations
- Act as a point of contact for existing and potential customers within assigned region
- Communicate with clients via email, phone, video call, webinar, virtual product shows / conferences (and in the future : in-person meetings, presentations, product shows / conferences) to promote company offerings
- Discover and reach out to new potential clients and cultivate strong long-term relationships
- Collaborate with sales representatives from different territories to share best practices and support a cohesive sales approach
- Work closely with internal departments to provide high-level technical support and guidance to the customer
- Demonstrate strong product / service knowledge and maintain high customer satisfaction levels through excellent customer service
Regional Sales Manager - Requirements :
- Degree in a scientific discipline
- Experience in Sales / account management within the Pharmaceutical / Life Science space
- Experience managing teams within Sales and Sales Operations
- Experienced with selling and presenting detailed scientific subjects in a clear and understandable manner
- Strong communication and presentation skills
