Responsibilities
- You are the talent scout for the team, ensuring we attract the best candidates. From crafting compelling job postings to conducting initial interviews and managing contract creation and onboarding, you oversee and drive our selection process.
- You take ownership of your own projects in Talent Acquisition, tailoring them to your strengths and interests. This could include enhancing the candidate journey, contributing to our employer branding efforts, or scaling our internal processes and structures.
- You play a key role in organizing various recruiting and employer branding events, contributing to our efforts in attracting top talent on all levels of seniority and enhancing our employer brand.
- You act not just as a recruiter, but as a true talent manager and sparring partner for our leadership team, actively supporting the build and development of their teams to meet both current and future requirements.

Profile
- Completed studies in business administration, business psychology or comparable courses of study
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills, proactive and professional with candidates and colleagues
- Excellent communication skills in German and fluent in English
- Clear head. Heart in the right place. Willingness to perform. Discernment
- Initial work experience in the human resource field is a plus, but not a must
