(Senior) Project Manager Process Management (m/w/d)
Aufgaben
- Anforderungsmanagement (Analyse, Konzeption und Umsetzung) für ganzheitliche Ansätze zur Geschäftsprozessoptimierung unter Einbindung der Fachbereiche, dem Management und der IT
- Stetige Weiterentwicklung der bestehenden IT- und Prozesslandschaft der WIRTGEN GROUP zur Steigerung der Nachhaltigkeit und Effizienz der deutschen sowie der internationalen Produktionsstandorte (China, Indien, Brasilien)
- Innovative Vernetzung der Vertriebs-, Konstruktions-, Produktions- und Logistikprozesse
- Implementierung von digitalen, zukunftsorientierten Lösungen im Team und globale Koordination von Abstimmungs- und Entwicklungsprozessen im Umfeld von SAP S / 4 HANA
Anforderungsprofil
- Hochschulabschluss in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, (Wirtschafts-) Ingenieurwesen, (Wirtschafts-) Informatik oder zeitnaher Abschluss
- Erste Erfahrungen im Prozessmanagement (z. B. Produktion, Logistik, Supply Chain Management)
- Idealerweise Kenntnisse im Bereich der Analyse von Daten- und Prozessstrukturen in SAP ERP bzw. SAP S / 4 HANA
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Gelegentliche internationale Reisebereitschaft
- Sie sind ein Teamplayer, nehmen Herausforderungen an und möchten beruflich kontinuierlich wachsen
