Job Description : Corporate Talent Acquisition Partner - (6-month FTE)
Location : North Rhine-Westphalia.

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, your mission is to deliver exceptional results and thrive in a collaborative environment.
Native / Business level German language skills are a must and you must be able to commute 2 days per week to visit the client.

- Capable of delivering hiring from start to finish i.e. Role calibration, kicking off new requirements, managing multiple passive and active sources of candidates, coordinating interviews and feedback.
- Deep understanding of offer management and how to impact the outcome.
- Strong track record of driving high-performance teams and achieving exceptional results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
- Native / Business Fluent German.
