Remote Support Engineer Unified Communication (m / w / d) Level 2

Ihre Aufgaben :

• Problemanalyse und Beseitigung von Störungen per Remote an CISCO Unified Communications Lösungen
• 2th Level Support - technische Unterstützung bei der Entstörung komplexer Systemkonfigurationen
• Pro blem ana ly se und Be sei ti gung von Stö run gen an 3rd Party Applikationen
• Erarbeitung von Lösungsvorschlägen und Workarounds zur Umsetzung durch den Kunden oder einen Techniker vor Ort
• Bearbeitung und Be treu ung von technischen Eskalationen an den Hersteller
• Kundenbetreuung im Rahmen der bestehenden Serviceverträge
• Umsetzung von Standard und Non-Standard-Changes und anschließende Erfolgskontrolle
• Teilnahme an Schichtdiensten / Ruf - & Einsatzbereitschaften
