Paralegal - Corporate - CDI

Your Responsibilities :

You will be a member of our Corporate department and will be responsible for inter alia :

• Drafting standard corporate documentation, including notarial deeds (incorporations, capital increases and decreases, mergers, liquidations), board resolutions;
• Liaising with the Luxembourg Trade and Companies Register (RCS), notaries, lawyers;
• Maintaining share registers; and
• Preparation of closing bibles.

Your profile :

• Law graduate (minimum Bachelor degree);
• Prior relevant experience as a paralegal;
• Fluent in French and English. Basic knowledge of German and / or Luxembourgish would be an asset;
• Organised, flexible and team-oriented;
• Dynamic, proactive and rigorous;
• Strong writing skills;
• Good knowledge of "MS Office" tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, etc.);
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of the firm’s affairs and client information.
