YOUR ROLE
We are looking for an experienced and client‑driven Client Manager – IT Solutions to manage and grow strategic accounts within European Institutions and public bodies based in Luxembourg.
You will act as a trusted partner for institutional stakeholders, ensuring compliance‑driven, secure and high‑quality delivery of IT services while identifying long‑term opportunities in a complex and regulated environment.
- Manage, nurture and expand a portfolio of strategic clients within European Institutions and related public organizations.
- Develop a strong understanding of institutional IT challenges, including cybersecurity, cloud & hybrid infrastructures, digital workplace, legacy modernization, data & AI, and compliance requirements.
- Act as a single point of contact for key stakeholders, building long‑term, trust‑based relationships;
- Contribute to and lead account strategy and roadmap definition in alignment with institutional priorities and budgets.
- Coordinate closely with pre‑sales, delivery teams, project managers and technical experts to ensure successful execution of framework contracts and IT projects.
- Support and contribute to tendering activities, contract renewals and governance processes.
- Identify cross‑selling and up‑selling opportunities within existing frameworks and service catalogs.
- Monitor service performance, SLAs, KPIs and contractual commitments, and proactively drive continuous service improvement.
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering, IT or Business.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT services sales or account management, within European Institutions or the public sector in Luxembourg.
- Strong knowledge of EU procurement processes, framework contracts, tendering procedures and governance rules.
- Solid understanding of IT services and solutions: Digital Transformation, Testing, Infrastructure & Cloud, Cybersecurity.
- Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and institutional decision‑making processes.
- Excellent communication skills, strategic mindset, emotional intelligence and autonomy.
- Strong client‑centric and solution‑oriented approach.
- Fluency in French and English is mandatory.
