Inside Sales Specialist

We are looking for a inside sales specialist to support business growth in Germany. The position will be based in Dusseldorf Germany, 3 days / week in office (negotiable)
The candidate should be energetic and self-motivated to work successfully as a local employee in collaboration with the local team and the management in China.
Responsibilities :
1. Report to ZWSOFT headquarter and local CM, implement strategies to achieve business targets.
2. Call or visit prospects to understand the characteristics and pain points of potential customers and close deals.
3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, Conduct outbound sales calls and emails to generate new business opportunities.
4. Prepare and deliver quotes to clients in a timely and accurate manner.
5. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
6. Meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly basis.
Requirements :
1. Proficiency inGerman language is a must.
2. Bachelor degree or above (business and marketing, machinery, AEC, IT, other majors, etc.)
3. Proven 3+ years experience in IT software, AEC industry, and inside sales.
4. Willing to work in a start-up and challenging environment.
5. Results driven, good communication skills, interpersonal skills, convincing power.
6. Understanding the local CAD software industry and related products is a plus.
7. Good written and spoken English skills needed.
