CONSTRUCTION MANAGER (M/W/D)
Leiten Sie High-Tech-Bauprojekte in zukunftsorientierten Branchen wie der Halbleiter- oder Batterieindustrie. Als Construction Manager (m / w / d) verantworten Sie die Durchführung komplexer EPC-Projekte oder Teilprojekte, z.
B. in den Bereichen MEP, CSA, Reinraum oder Sicherheit.
Ihre Aufgaben :
- Leitung und Koordination der Bauprojekte
- Termin- und Qualitätskontrolle
- Schnittstelle zu Subunternehmern und Kunden
- Überwachung der EHS-Vorschriften
- Durchführung von Abnahmen und Mängelverfolgung
Ihr Profil :
- Qualifikation im Bauwesen oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Erfahrung in der Bauleitung
- Gute Kenntnisse der Bauvorschriften
- Reisebereitschaft in der D-A-CH-Region
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
- Führerschein Klasse B
