Job Description :
R&D Internship in Global Innovation Deployment (Product / Pack / Process)
Your tasks :
- Working cross functional and connecting with various teams in R&D across the globe.
- Creating documents with detailed technical information, which will be used to introduce a new technology to various regions within the Mars network.
- Connecting with product / packaging / process / nutrition and legal teams to get a topline understanding of petfood production linked to the concept they will be assigned to.
- Supporting transfers of new product and global technologies, in line with demand and business supply initiatives.
Your profile :
- Preferably an advanced degree in food technology, product development, packaging technology, process engineering, project Management or other relevant studies .
- The ability to work independently and in a structured manner.
- Initiative, enthusiasm, and a "self-starter" mentality
- Communication skills in English (German is a bonus)
