Finance Regulatory Reporting, VP
Who we are looking for :
This position is for the Head of State Street Bank Internationals Regulatory Reporting Team, providing oversight for the Prudential & Statistical Returns.
The role is within a U.S based International Bank, managing a team in Munich, with support from Poland and India. Join us if you would like to make your mark in the financial services industry !
What you will be responsible for :
- Oversight of all State Street Bank Internationals Financial Regulatory Returns (including Branch network)
- Oversight of all Management Information deliverables
- Lead contact for Regulator queries and meetings for Regulatory Reporting
- Lead contact for stakeholders such as Legal Entity Board, TLOD, Compliance, Treasury and Capital Management and Functional Leads
- Project management ownership for all forthcoming regulatory deliverables including I.T transitions, Legal entity restructures and internal projects
- Policy expertise, including interpreting and actioning guidance from ECB, German and EMEA regulators
What we value :
- Team management skills, including organization, planning and ability to execute on deliverables
- Leadership qualities including mentoring, coaching and supporting the development of the team
- Practical knowledge of accounting databases such as Oracle and regulatory software such as Regnology preferred
- Demonstrated project management skills
- Ability to deal effectively with stakeholders, in a multi-locational environment
Education & Preferred Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree or similar qualification in business, economics, finance, accounting or related field
- 10 years of experience in Regulatory Reporting, preferably ECB and or regional level
- Proficiency in Regulatory Software, Regnology preferred
- Proficiency in MS Products Excel, PowerPoint
