Profile : My client are a leading global solutions provider, specializing in delivering cutting-edge digital transformation solutions to enterprises across various industries.
They focus on Microsoft Business Applications including D365 F&O, CE, Power Platform and Azure.
Job Description : They are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join the team in Germany.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding their market presence by driving the sales of enterprise-level ERP solutions, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O).
While specific experience with D365 F&O is not mandatory, a strong background in selling enterprise ERP solutions, with deal sizes of €1 million or more, is essential.
- Business Development : Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the enterprise ERP market, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O).
- Sales Strategy : Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals in the German region.
- Client Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers, and key stakeholders in target industries.
- Solution Selling : Understand customer needs and pain points to effectively position their ERP solutions as the best fit for their business challenges.
- Market Analysis : Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to inform sales strategies.
- Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including pre-sales, marketing, and delivery, to ensure successful project outcomes and customer satisfaction.
- Reporting : Provide regular updates on sales pipeline, forecasts, and market insights to senior management.
- Experience : Minimum of 7 years of experience in business development or sales roles, with a strong emphasis on enterprise-level ERP solutions.
- ERP Sales Expertise : Proven track record in selling complex ERP solutions to large organizations, with deal sizes of €1 million or more.
- Industry Knowledge : Deep understanding of the enterprise ERP landscape, with the ability to articulate the value proposition of ERP systems to potential clients.
- Relationship Building : Demonstrated ability to build and sustain relationships with senior executives and stakeholders.
- Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
