Job Responsibilities :

The Specialist, Sales Operations (Sales Operations Executive, m / f) plays a vital role in optimizing sales processes and driving business growth through insightful data analysis. With a focus on coordinating data collection, analyzing customer behavior, and implementing user-friendly tools, this role contributes to informed decision-making and strategic planning. The ideal candidate possesses a proactive problem-solving approach, strong proficiency in data analysis tools, and excellent communication skills. Additionally, fluency in German and English, along with a passion for gaming, are advantageous in this dynamic and collaborative environment.

  • Data Analysis and Reporting : Utilize Excel, Power BI, and database tools to analyze sales data, identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Report Generation : Create regular reports and dashboards to track sales performance, providing actionable insights to sales leadership.
  • Support Sales Team : Assist with administrative tasks, including order processing, contract management, and invoice generation.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams : Work with finance, marketing, and operations to streamline processes and resolve issues.
  • Train and Onboard New Team Members : Educate new sales team members on tools, processes, and systems.
  • Sales Enablement Initiatives : Create sales collateral, training materials, and documentation to support sales enablement.
  • Special Projects and Initiatives : Participate in projects aimed to improve overall sales effectiveness and efficiency.

Pre-Requisites :

  • Experience : 2+ years in sales operations, business operations, or a similar role.
  • Technical Proficiency : Strong skills in Excel, Power BI, and database management systems.
  • Microsoft Office : Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Analytical Skills : Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Communication Skills : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Organizational Skills : Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Adaptability : Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Sales Analytics Tools : Experience with sales analytics tools and reporting platforms is a plus.
  • Sales Knowledge : Understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices is preferred.
  • Language Skills : Fluent German and English skills are required.
  • Passion for Gaming : Preference for candidates with a passion for gaming.
