IT Change Management Lead
YOUR MISSION
- Lead and execute a diverse portfolio of strategic change initiatives , directly supporting the Chief Operations Officer in achieving organizational goals
- Drive transformation projects across IT infrastructure , operations, and application management , ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Collaborate with senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and key stakeholders to facilitate seamless implementation of change initiatives
- Oversee projects that span the breadth of IT , including infrastructure optimization, application deployment, and operational efficiency improvements
- Identify challenges and obstacles within strategic initiatives , developing and implementing effective solutions to overcome them
- Advocate for and implement continuous improvement practices within IT operations and project management processes
YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS
- Solid track record in IT management , with a strong background in both IT infrastructure and application management
- Successfully delivering change initiatives in the complex, multinational, or multi-industry environment on large-scale organizations
- Broad experience across various IT domains , including network management , cloud services, cybersecurity, ERP systems , and enterprise applications
- Experience in IT governance and compliance and experience in digital transformation projects is an advantage
- Relevant IT and project management certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus
- Very good knowledge of German and English , both written and spoken
