Content & Digital Marketing Officer

You oversee our marketing strategy and operations, focusing on optimizing our marketing activities, communication channels, and implementing our customer acquisition strategy.
You will lead our marketing team based in Dusseldorf, Germany, and report to our Managing Director.
Enhance and optimize marketing analytics, measurement, and reporting capabilities to achieve ambitious and efficient growth targets.
Oversee all aspects of marketing planning, budgeting, and reporting, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives.
Provide leadership and mentorship to our team of marketing professionals, growing it and fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
You bring 5+ years of marketing management experience in the metals and mining industry.
A track record of successfully developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition at scale.
Strong at formulating and executing marketing strategy in very close collaboration with Product and Sales.
Proven expertise in people management, hiring, development, and performance management.
You are fluent in English as well as in German (spoken and written).
