Sales Manager
Responsibilities
1. Primary request : Develop growth strategies and achieve sales target assigned
New customer development distributors,healthcare organizations,etc, especially through new sales channel building to extend our market penetration;
New product market development :
Identify and develop new growth potentials, bring CHISON new products to the market especially in selling Handheld & Cart-based Ultrasound to extend our market penetration.
Key account management and work with current distributors to optimize their sales performance;
2. Marketing activities
Working with CHISON marketing team to conduct local marketing activities, such as congress, seminars, and webinars. With KOL resources will be a clear advantage.
Could co-work with local distributors for above activities)
3. Collecting market , competitors and product info and feedback timely, Have the ability to act and react quickly to market dynamics.
4. Arrange related training to local distributors (Product sales training)
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
2. 3+ years' of sales experience
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
4. Familiar with Ultrasound business, clinical & scanning skills will be preferred, able to work with CHINA team to do image optimization according to local demands.
5. Native speaker will be preferred.(fluent in Engish and local language)
