Advanced Quality Engineer (m/w/d)

The Advanced Quality Engineering team is responsible to ensure highest quality standards of new product launches. This team has recently been established and is now looking for individuals to start their mission! Are you interested in joining us?

YOUR TASKS :

• Empower cross-functional implementation of the Advanced Quality Strategy in product development stage on system level
• Ensure product robustness for manufacturability by balancing quality with cost and delivery
• Continuous improvement of the product development process and adjacent processes
• Coaching and mentoring of Advanced Quality relevant methods and tools
• Quality is our mission : Your activities will be visible throughout the company

YOUR PROFILE :

• You are holding a Bachelor or Master degree (or equivalent) in the field of Mechanical- / Electrical Engineering
• Proven experience (min. 5 years) as quality, design or manufacturing engineer (or similar)
• Profound project management experience : You have been delivering multi-national projects successfully for several years
• Solid knowledge of supply chain quality with demonstrated track record in applying corresponding methods and tools. Ideally, you are holding Six Sigma, APQP or comparable certificates
• Ability to work on all organizational levels in a constantly changing environment : You are a structured and highly organized team-player
• English spoken and written fluently is mandatory, German and / or Spanish are a plus
• Creative, humorous, and convincing manners : You like working with people
