Informatics Inside Sales Account Manager
Responsibilities
- Support the sales team achieve orders and sales goals and quotas for your designated territory
- Investigate dormant accounts in order to re-stimulate growth
- Organize events / webinars to keep customers informed about new developments
- Discuss product solutions and concepts with prospective customers
- Increase market share in up-and-coming accounts building advocacy for Waters informatics technology through customer success
- Help develop sales approaches to expand accounts and capture new business
- Contribute to the long-term satisfaction and loyalty of customers
- Work closely with your field sales colleagues to deliver a high degree of customer service and technical expertise
- Support the organization business goals by maximizing any opportunities through every customer interaction
Qualifications
Education :
Science related background and education would be beneficial
Experience :
Demonstrated experience with enterprise software solutions such as CDS, Lab Management System products, etc. Previous use of Waters Informatics, or competitive systems would be advantageousExperience in chromatography laboratory workflows preferred.
Competencies :
- German and English Language skills, other languages are valued advantages
- Highly passionate individual with perseverance, and determination, plus the ability to work effectively in competitive sales situations.
- Proven skills in remote sales, from establishing contact and building rapport, to managing complex sales with multiple stakeholders using remote means.
- Customer focused with good level of active listening skills.
- Exceptional organisational skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Solid team player with high degree of self-motivation
