Aufgaben

Your mission in accounting : You are our rock in the surf when it comes to reconciling accounts and preparing monthly and annual financial statements.

You master the collaboration with tax consultants and auditors with ease.

• Financial management with vision : You keep control of our most important invoicing and accounting processes and ensure that everything runs smoothly.
• Data whispering : With your skills in Excel (including pivot tables and macros), you create detailed reports and analyses that are always to the point.
• Office genius : You master Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Google Workspace in your sleep, and nobody can fool you in spreadsheets - be it Google Sheets or Excel.
• Contact person for financial matters : Your colleagues can always rely on you when it comes to questions and support in the area of financial accounting.

Qualifikation

• Your background : You have completed commercial training or a degree in finance / accounting.
• Experience meets expertise : You have at least two years of experience in financial accounting and are experienced in using common financial software tools.
• Motivated & responsible : You approach your tasks with a high level of self-motivation and are happy to take on responsibility.
• Numbers are your thing : You have a strong affinity for numbers and analytical thinking.
• Eye for detail : Nothing escapes you - you always keep an overview and make sure that everything is right.
• Team player with heart : For you, collaboration is the be-all and end-all - you are an asset to any team.
• Linguistically adept : You are fluent in German and English, and if you speak French, that's a real plus!
