Retail Coordinator

The Retail Coordinator is responsible for achieving the qualitative and quantitative chain objectives through the organization and coordination of retail staff activities.

• The core responsibilities of the role include : 1) applying the commercial strategy by assigning the sales objectives to Visual Merchandising Supervisor;
• 2) supervising the achievement of the quantitative and qualitative objectives of the Visual Merchandising Supervisors, proposing possible corrective action;

3) coordinating and managing the people assigned, acting as interpreter and spokesperson for the phenomena and needs of the commercial network.

You’ll be in charge of :

• Coordinating all the resources assigned (costs / people) in order to guarantee the objectives defined according to the guidelines and company standards, planning and organising the activities of Visual Merchandising Supervisors.
• Developing the knowledge of the Visual Merchandising Supervisors assigned through off / online training activities. The main knowledge to be developed must include, by way of example, products, customers and sales techniques.
• Motivating and coordinating resources under their own direction, in order to achieve commercial objectives, defining the targets to be achieved, carrying out support and training activities for new recruits.
• Supporting the Sales Manager in the implementation of the retail strategy, with particular attention to retail supervision activities (analysis, diagnosis, interventions, etc.).
• Monitoring and reporting structured feedback relating to the specific area of the sales outlets under their competence, through the assigned Visual Merchandising Supervisors.
• Encouraging participation in on-the-job training through proactive initiatives, teamwork and digital activities, aimed at facilitating innovation and improving the effectiveness / efficiency of their responsibilities
• Promoting, adopting and developing the use of digital technologies within the scope of their role, with regard to process management and relationships with internal and external stakeholders involved in the business
• Adopting meaningful behavior and promoting both operational and cultural actions linked to Sustainable Development, understood as an interconnection of practices aimed at caring for the environment, business processes and community organization.

If you :

• Strong understanding of retail and trade marketing in-store techniques and strategies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in German and English.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and business priorities.
• Proficiency in analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions.
• Comprehensive understanding of the products or services offered by the company.
• Strong passion for fashion and MaxMara Fashion Group brands.
