The Centre is rapidly expanding its research activities and is seeking highly motivated doctoral candidates who wish to pursue research in close cooperation with our partners.

Your role

The successful candidates will join a strong and motivated research team led by Prof. Tegawendé F. Bissyandé and Prof. Jacques Klein and in order to carry out research to pursue a PhD on the following topic : Software Engineering and AI for CyberSecurity

• Carrying out research in the predefined areas
• Disseminating results through scientific publications
• Participating in proposal drafting
• Collaborating with partners, for instance, with the Belgium Royal Military Academy and the Luxembourg Army Force

Your profile

Qualification :

The candidate should possess an MSc degree or equivalent in Computer Science or AI

Experience :

The ideal candidate should have some knowledge and experience in a number of the following topics

• AI, machine learning, deep learning
• Software Engineering (e.g., dynamic and / or static analysis, bug localization)
• Cybersecurity

Skills :

Development skills are a plus

Language Skills :

• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Knowledge of French, German or Luxembourgish is desirable
