Your Profile :

  • Over 3 years hands-on experience as a closer for multiyear SaaS contracts.
  • Proven track record in selling enterprise software with significant 5 to 7 digit annual account values.
  • Expertise in building and managing your pipeline, exhibiting both hunting and closing skills.
  • Familiarity with partners in the SaaS ecosystem (Microsoft, Google Cloud, AWS, Salesforce).
  • Experience in contact center products, customer service, CRM, and CX a considerable advantage.
  • You are a German speaking individual with proficiency in English language

What You'll Do :

  • Take charge of managing a substantial customer funnel across EU countries, particularly in the DACH region.
  • Act as the primary liaison for new customer prospects, overseeing relationships and commercial matters.
  • Expand networks within target accounts, engaging stakeholders to drive new business.
  • Collaborate cross-departmentally to ensure customer-centricity in winning new business.
