Ihre Aufgaben

  • Lead the development and execution of robust global eCommerce channel strategies for designated regions, business units, or categories
  • Guide, mentor, and expand a high-performing global eCommerce team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration
  • Identify and optimize tools and technologies to enhance sales performance
  • Oversee sales and P&L for pure-play eCommerce retailers, ensuring the overall financial health of the channel
  • Ensure top-tier product and brand presentation across all online platforms, optimizing content, and promotional strategies
  • Collaborate with Channel Marketing ensuring continuous improvement
  • Manage sales forecasting, reporting, and strategic analyses

Ihr Profil

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role, with deep expertise in eCommerce and digital marketing, particularly in performance marketing
  • Leadership experience, preferably in a global setting
  • Comprehensive understanding of online retail and marketplace dynamics, with affinity for IT and a track record of optimizing processes and structures
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in using analytics tools for strategic decisions
  • Exceptional communication skills with success in negotiations with international key accounts
  • Fluency in English is required, proficiency in additional languages, particularly German, is a plus
  • Willingness to travel internationally
